We do not offer refunds for any bookings. All sales are final.

 

Reschedule Policy

 

You may reschedule a class if you notify us at least 24–48 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit.

Private Party Policies

 

Deposits

 

All private party deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.

 

Full Payment

 

Once full payment is made, whether booked in advance or on the same day, the payment is non-refundable under all circumstances. Demi Lauren Studios often makes special staffing and material arrangements for last-minute events, so all confirmed bookings are final.

Late Arrival Policy

 

Please arrive on time. Events begin promptly, and if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee a full guided experience or the ability to catch up. No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals.

Minors & Underage Guests

 

Unless otherwise stated, events at Demi Lauren Studios are intended for adult guests ages 18+. For family-friendly or kids’ sessions, minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Alcohol is not served at events open to guests under 21. Proof of age may be required for adult-only sessions.

 

Third-Party Booking Terms

 

If you booked through a third-party platform such as Eventbrite, LA Bucketlisters, or another partner site, please note:

• All Demi Lauren Studios policies still apply (including no refunds and rescheduling deadlines). • Refunds requested through a third-party must follow their platform’s process and timeline, but our no-refund policy is final once your booking is confirmed.

• Please direct any rescheduling requests to info@demilaurenstudios.com to ensure proper handling.

 

Photos & Media

 

Photos taken at our events may be used for marketing or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify a staff member upon arrival.
